Church Government. The structure of the local church, roles of pastor, elder & deacon. Understanding submission and a look at the different types of people in our church.

Church Administration. Organizing your time and resources. Finances, Church building programs and funding.

Excellence In Ministry. The Law of Christ. Six ways to check your leadings. Seven ways to perfect your ministry. The element of change. Keys to successful pastoral counselling and visitation.

Ministerial Ethics. Dealing with conflicts. Negotiations. An examination of why some people leave the church. How to handle hard situations. How to deal with stress and learn how to rest. The role of Pastor’s wife as well as husband and wife teams are discussed.
